What payment options do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Till / Paybill), direct bank transfer (EFT/RTGS), cash, and company cheques for corporate accounts. Standard terms are 50% commitment deposit upon artwork sign-off and the balance upon completion and delivery inspection.
Can I bring my own garments or substrates for branding?
Yes! We offer branding-only services if you have already procured your own plain t-shirts, jackets, bags, or event items. Our DTF and screen printing team will test your fabric composition to ensure the perfect heat press calibration.
How do you guarantee color accuracy with our brand guidelines?
We cross-match your supplied CMYK / Pantone (PMS) color codes using calibrated RIP software and high-density Japanese inks. For sensitive corporate identity projects, we can run a physical color strip proof on the exact substrate before running the full quantity.
